Division of Power:
The central government would take responsibility of the stuff that had been held by Britain and the area that affect the nation as a whole, such as denfense or trade with other countries. The provincial governments would hold to colonial powers such as education, business etc.
Representations:
Members of the Hosue of Commons would be elected according to vote and the overall province population.
The Senate:
Canada East and West would have 24 seats each, and 24 more seats for senators representating the two Atlantic Colonies. Some would be appointed rather than elected. No law would pass without approval from the Senate
Money Matters
The central government would take over debts of the provinces. The peovinces would lose the right to raise money by ollecting tariffs
Railways
The government would build railways linking the new provinces.
